To reserve items: A security deposit and 50% of total fees are due upon reservation.

Charges: Final 50% of payment is due 21 days before delivery date. Details accepts checks, cash and credit cards. Delivery arrangements must be made in advance. Details can also set up rental items at a reasonable price. All equipment must be placed in its original container in the same condition it was received. Items not returned clean (other than table linens) will be subject to additional charges.

Additional charges may apply if equipment must be carried up or down stairs or elevators, or if there are delays in accessing loading and unloading areas.

The client is responsible for rental equipment from the time of delivery to the time of return. Customers are liable for repair or replacement costs of any items that are damaged, lost or stolen.
